It is managed by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) and supervised by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) of Spain.

What is a BME Growth’s Asesor Registrado?
The Law 5/2015, of 27th April, on the Promotion of Business Financing, included, multilateral negotiation systems rules the requirement to have an Asesor Registrado
Asesores Registrados must ensure that issuers properly comply, both formally and substantively, with their reporting obligations to the governing body and investors.
